Here, everything revolves around pizza dough. It consists of flour, water, sea salt, oil, and a small amount of yeast, and the long fermentation makes the pizza easy to digest. We make our pizzas exclusively by hand, using traditional methods. We also carefully select ingredients imported from Italy to capture the essence of classic thin and crispy Roman pizza. *Photos are for illustration purposes only - we do not include basil leaves for takeaway. Here, everything revolves around pizza dough.
