- If you wish to purchase a Pyszne.pl Pay gift card, please visit https://www.pyszne.pl/en/gift-cards/ and follow the instructions to order your gift card.
- Gift cards can currently only be used on www.pyszne.pl
- The gift card belongs to Pyszne.pl at Powstańców Śląskich 9, 53-332 Wrocław. Customers will only need to contact Pyszne.pl if they encounter any issues with the cards or if they request a refund. The Pyszne.pl Pay gift card is issued for Pyszne.pl by a third-party provider, but sales are managed and processed by Pyszne.pl.
- Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
- Gift cards cannot be reloaded.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Pyszne.pl Pay gift cards. This card holds the same value as cash when used on our platform. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced. This card is not a credit or debit card and cannot be reloaded, except as required by law. Unused credit loaded onto a Pyszne.pl account cannot be transferred to another Pyszne.pl account.
- We reserve the right to not validate the purchase of a gift card at our sole discretion, and in such a case, we will refund the transaction.
- If we believe that at the time of purchase or retrospectively, you are diverting gift cards in any way or selling them to third parties, we reserve the right to cancel your gift card and close your Pyszne.pl account without prior notice.
- Pyszne.pl reserves the right to prohibit third parties from distributing its gift cards or advertising them, at its sole discretion.
- Pyszne.pl is not responsible for replacing lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards, or gift cards sold or distributed by a third party not approved by Pyszne.pl.
- Under no circumstances will Pyszne.pl be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Gift cards expire according to the conditions stated upon issuance of the gift card. Once expired, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and the gift card will be deemed void.
- Any unused credit will be treated as your waiver of the right to use the gift card and as a lack of sale. The expiration date indicated upon issuance of the gift card will constitute an acceptable deadline for this clause to apply.
- Gift card credit can be used with Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Visa Checkout.
- Gift card credit cannot be used with cash.
- Gift card credit cannot be used with a promotional code or discount voucher.
- If the value of your purchase is less than the value of your gift card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from your gift card, and the remaining value of the gift card can be used for your next purchase.
- If the value of your purchase (including service fees and restaurant fees) exceeds the value of the gift card, Pyszne.pl will calculate the remaining balance at the time of payment, and you can pay it with another accepted payment method.
- When you cancel a Pyszne.pl order and have used your gift card for full or partial payment, the amount used on the gift card will be credited back to the gift card.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- The general terms and conditions available on the Pyszne.pl website apply to the purchase of gift cards, and by purchasing a gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- The Pyszne.pl privacy policy available on our website applies to the extent that we collect or process personal information related to gift cards.
- When you purchase a gift card, you certify that you are the duly authorized recipient of the gift card and that you are using it in accordance with these terms, legally and in good faith. If we believe, in our sole discretion, that a gift card is being used in violation of these terms, illegally, or in bad faith, we may reject or cancel the gift card.
- These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including a non-contractual claim or dispute) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be governed by Polish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
- If there is no expiration date on the purchased gift card, the gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. If local legislation prescribes a longer expiration period and this 3-year period has already passed, preventing you from using your gift card, please contact Pyszne.pl's local customer service, which will be able to assist you.
