How can I participate?
Place an order on match days over 85 zł and answer the UEFA competition question in your confirmation email. Make sure you opt-in to receive marketing communications at the checkout when you order to take part.
I ordered on a non-match day, does my order still count towards an entry?
Unfortunately not. You can only enter the competition on match days between 9 April and 9 May. Match days are: 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 30 April 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 May
I ordered with a Pepsi and didn't get entered into the competition?
Please allow 48 hours after your order to get your entry confirmation. If you don't receive it, simply get in touch with customer service. They'll be happy to help.
Can I enter the competition more than once?
Yes! You can enter the competition as many times as you’d like on match days. Every order that includes a Pepsi drink is an entry to the prize draw but you’ll need to reply to the confirmation email each time to take part.
Can I enter the competition if I am not a resident of Poland?
Unfortunately, the competition is only open to residents of Poland.
Can I participate if I am an employee of Pyszne.pl?
Unfortunately, partners, executive directors, employees, and immediate relatives of employees of Pyszne.pl can’t enter.
Can I still enter if I cancelled my order?
If you cancel your order, you won't receive an entry.
If my order gets cancelled by the restaurant, can I still participate?
Unfortunately, even if the order isn’t cancelled by you, any cancelled order is invalid. Only customers with a completed order are eligible to enter.
I ordered, but forgot to opt-in for marketing communications
To enter the competition, customers must be opted in for marketing communications.
I have not received an Entry Confirmation Email.
If you haven't received a confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact customer services.
What happens if I win?
We’ll let you know whether you’ve won and notify you by email. You’ll then be contacted by our customer service team via email and/or phone with all the details.
Can I take anyone I want to the game?
Yes! As long as they are 18 years old and over, and fit to travel. If you want to take your child, they need to be at least 14, and the winner must be their legal guardian.
Can I choose which match I attend?
You will only be able to attend the UEFA Champions League Final in London.
Is travel and accommodation included in the prize?
If the match is taking place outside your country of residence, we'll cover your flights and accommodation. Please check the T&Cs and with the customer service team to see what your win includes.
Is travel insurance included ?
Travel insurance is not included.
Am I responsible for paying tax on the prize?
Pyszne.pl will pay any gambling taxes due and/or any withholding tax that must be withheld from a prize. You should consult your own (tax) advisor regarding the local tax and legal consequences of winning a prize.
My flight got cancelled, what do I do?
If your flight gets cancelled, our travel partner will contact you.
Do I need a passport?
A valid passport may be required for travel depending on where you are travelling from.
What happens if I don’t want the prize?
If you don’t respond within 24 hours or accept the prize, the prize will go to another participant.
Can I pass the prize onto someone else? Is it possible to resell my tickets?
The prize can’t be passed on to anyone else or resold.
Will I be compensated for any illness or poor health on my trip?
We are not responsible for any incident or infection during the match or travel and therefore will not cover any related costs.
What safety measures will be in place at the stadiums?
UEFA will ensure safety measures are complied with in all countries. If you still have concerns, please don’t accept the prize.
