If a partner delivery driver is delivering your order and your order status is ‘Collected’ or ‘In transit,’ you can get live updates from the driver by selecting your order and opening the chat feature. Otherwise, select ‘Order confirmation’ for the most up-to-date delivery information. Please note that traffic, roadwork and bad weather can delay deliveries. The delivery times provided are estimates, and delayed orders typically arrive no more than 10 minutes past the ETA.
