In the user settings, select the group you want to edit. Then, click on the three dots on the top-right corner and choose `Edit'. A pop-up will appear where you can edit the allowances.

All eligible companies can request cards for activated employees via the `Users' tab in the admin portal. If you need assistance, please contact your account manager.

Where can the card be used?

The card can be used only offline and is limited to restaurants, cafes, and other food establishments. It does not work for online payments.

What does KYC mean?

Adyen is our issuing partner for the Pyszne Pay cards and is obligated to know their clients. Payment industry regulations require Adyen to verify the identity of their clients to help prevent fraudulent activities. So before cards can be issued for you, you need to go through a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

What do I need to do when a user loses their card?

Please set the card status to 'Disabled' in the admin portal and order a new card.
